It's interesting and I agree we need to be clear what this BLC is for.

I think it;s a useful BLC as the situation in Wales is different from that in England and I suspect will become more different as devolution progresses.

What's the Welsh word for Brights? / Fred Coleman on 10 Jul 2007

The best I can come up with is Disglairau. So Brights in Wales would be Disglairau yn Nghymru (I'm not sure about that mutation. Personally, I prefer Disglairau Cymru (Brights of Wales or just Welsh Brights). Any better suggestions anyone?
